Because migraine doesn't have to control you

Research shows that your expectation significantly impacts your recovery outcomes. That in itself would be a good enough reason to give the old heave-ho to these limiting labels: migraine sufferer, migraineur (sounds more like a job title, than a condition) and migraine survivor. But that’s not the reason why I reject them. My reasons are more personal. As you’ll find out in my short video blog.
