Where are you located?
All sessions take place by secure video call through my worldwide online clinic. It is easy to use. Simply visit my secure, online clinic via your pc, Tablet, or Smartphone.

There is a virtual waiting room. Only I can see that you are there. So, you can arrive early if you wish and settle yourself in.

I am based in Edinburgh, Scotland. You are wherever you are. From the comfort of your own home or office.

When is the next start date for Bespoke Migraine Reduction Practice?
The next one-to-one, Migraine Reduction Practice starts week beginning 2nd September 2019.

Free, preparation consultations places are now open. I have limited places available.

How long is each session?
Bespoke migraine reduction practice is a 3- month programme consisting of 11 one-to-one sessions. Each session is 50 minutes.

The first 10 sessions take place, once a week, over ten weeks. We choose the same day and time each week for your sessions.

The graduation session takes place one month later at an agreed time.

Which days can I work with you?
Limited places are available for my Bespoke Migraine Reduction Practice. Sessions are on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9am-5.30pm UK.

Can I further develop my practice in the future?
Following each round of Migraine Reduction Practice, I hold my Master Class Week. I am always researching new ideas and techniques that effectively reduce migraine symptoms.

As one of my Migraine Reduction Practice clients you have the option to sign-up for a 1-hour Mastering Your Practice session during my Masterclass Week.

Why is bespoke Migraine Reduction Practice 10 weeks?
Bespoke Migraine Reduction Practice is 10-weeks because this is an optimal time for you to embed the practice. Significant changes in migraine requires commitment to ongoing change, which my 10-week Migraine Reduction Practice supports you to develop.

I don’t want that time to be interrupted by holidays (yours or mine) as this would interrupt that process. The set start dates help you choose which Migraine Reduction Practice round fits best into your life. You can prepare yourself to be ready.

Bespoke Migraine Reduction Practice begins with your free, 1-hour preparation consultation. During this consultation you will gain clarity on what you need at this time. You will learn how I work and we can see if what I offer matches your current needs.

The specific start dates for Migraine Reduction Practice help you to prepare your schedule without adding extra stress to your life. Your preparation consultation will help you pick which 10-week round fits into your life.

What qualifies you to help me?
I have been working on my own migraine reduction practice for many years. My training in helping people with pain is client-focused. I would not work in any other way.

I have helped people with complex, long-term pain for over 10 years. Applying my scientific skills I seek out the most effective methods, processes and techniques available. For the last two years I’ve have been honing my focus on migraine with success, as per my testimonials below.

What if I have migraine when my session is scheduled?
I’d encourage you to go ahead with your session if you are experiencing migraine symptoms. My clients tell me they find it reassuringly comforting to finally share what it is really like for them during a migraine. You no longer need to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.

However, I know that it may not always be possible depending on the severity.

In those cases, I will offer you a session on a different date. This may be during the current round of Migraine Reduction Practice. Or, where this is not possible, you will be offered your session on the next round.

If I turn up for a session with migraine, will you fix it?
We know that the migraine brain responds differently. You can change how your brain responds. It doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen. The benefit of my 10-week Migraine Reduction Practice is that supports you to progressively reduce migraine symptoms.

With time you embed those changes so that they become second nature. Like everything in life that’s worth doing it must become a practice.
